Anne wears many different hats in the health and wellness industry.  She is a Registered Dietitian, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health correspondent/writer for The Reel Health Network.  Anne has a Master of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University.  Her Dietetic Internship was completed at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and she is certified through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.  Anne is also certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for both Group Fitness and Personal Training.

Exercise and healthy eating have been a major part of Anne’s life since her college days.  Anne teaches group fitness classes at many local gyms and fitness centers.  She is certified in and teaches many different fitness formats including; Title boxing, R.I.P.P.E.D., PiYo Live, BodyShred, functional strength training, and cardio kickboxing.  Along with teaching fitness, providing nutrition education via classes, plant-based cooking demonstrations, and one-on-one nutrition counseling/medical nutrition therapy are Anne’s avenues for helping people reach their wellness goals.
